Jared Iverson
Jared received his B.A. from BYU and his law degree from the University of Minnesota where he graduated magna cum laude and served as a symposium editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. He holds his series 63 and 82 licenses.
Before co-founding Healthfundr, Jared was a securities lawyer at a top international law firm, representing companies in billion dollar plus capital raises and domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. He also assisted companies with SEC compliance. Before law school, Jared oversaw clinical studies at a startup pharmaceutical company andfor major pharmaceutical companies at a clinical research organization. Jared is currently a member of an Idaho-based angel fund where he serves on the co-investment committee, which collaborates with other angel groups.
